Cancellation & Refunds
Last updated: October 4, 2026
- Cancel during your 7-day free trial and you're never charged.
- Cancel any time after that: no more charges, and you keep reading until the end of the month you've paid for.
- Charged by mistake? Email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
How to cancel
Sign in as a grown-up, open Grown-ups (it asks for your password), then Subscription, and tap Cancel subscription. You'll see the date your reading ends. Changed your mind? Tap Keep plan any time before that date. You can also email us and we'll cancel it for you.
During the free trial
The first 7 days are free. If you cancel before the trial ends, your card is never charged and your access ends when the trial does.
After the trial
- When you cancel, nothing more is charged. Your family keeps the full library until the end of the month you've already paid for.
- We don't give refunds for part of a month that's already started.
- Forgot to cancel? If you were charged and nobody in your family has read, listened or colored since that payment, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full.
- If you were charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, we'll always refund the extra charge.
Personalized stories
Each personalized story is made just for your child, so once we've started creating it we can't refund it. If there's a mistake in a name or a detail you gave us, or something isn't as you asked, we'll fix it for free. If we can't make your story for any reason, we'll refund you in full.
Printed keepsake books
If your printed book arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a new copy or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. Because each book is printed to order, we can't take back books that arrive in good condition.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 working days.
Questions?
Email hello.whizzbee@gmail.com and a real person will reply, usually within 2 working days. These rules don't affect any rights you have under consumer law.
